My boyfriend and I went for the day to Skegness and to meet the proprietors of Craigside for some unofficial business. This was our first time to the area and the venue was very easy to find. On arrival we were welcomed with a warm smile and asked if we wanted a drink. They provided a wonderfully cooked breakfast of... More

The Craigside was pleasant and friendly. We had a family room, so as you would expect the room is mainly taken up with beds so can't grumble, nor can I comment on other rooms which no doubt have more space. Considering the cost for the four of us including breakfast the price was reasonable. The Hotel caterers for all sorts... More

When arriving at the Craigside we were not expected as we had booked that day online. The rooms were small and cramped the bathroom you couldn't even turn round in without knocking something. The room was cold especially at night. My sons room didnt even have a bathroom door just a curtain. We felt as if we were intruding on... More

As I said on your arrival, I had just joined an on line booking agency and had not checked my e-mail for the last hour. The heating to all rooms are adjustable independantly in each room so there... In response to this review, the group that stayed had drunk several beers and other spirits and mixers during the evening and not mentioned that anything was wrong with any of it. A member of their group was very rude to a staff member and swore at her during breakfast. Their other family have reviewed on 14th Sept. also. More

Not that welcoming! We had to give our breakfast order as soon as we arrived about 4pm!. Breakfast was served at 9am with no other choice! We had to wait for a bell to be rung and couldn't go to our table until all the toast and teas and coffees were out because of "Health and Safety"!!!!!! and when the... More
