good location, ample parking space, lovely people, good breakfasts, comfortable, good value for money. the lovely town of Stamford is a short stroll through a park ( although hard to find somewhere to eat on a Monday evening - so be prepared, although we found the London Inn OK ). don't take our word for it - try it yourself.

Chose The Elm after reading Tripadvisor reviews and it did not disappoint. Warm welcome, great location - short walk through park to town centre. Room was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Only stayed one night but was great, shame could`nt stay longer. Friendly welcome & very clean room. The breakfast was excellent. Wouldnt hesitate to return again. Short walk into the town centre with lots of places to eat. Our choice was Jims Yard and would definitly recommend.

This B&B is everything I could have asked for; great location, large clean room with french doors onto garden area (even thought we didn't use because of the cold crisp weather), friendly & helpful hosts and a lovely breakfast Quiet location which is only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Stamford
