We stayed at this hotel in may 2012 for a dirty dancing tribute evening for my hen do. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from when we made the reservation right through to our checking out, Thankyou Katie for all your help. The rooms were clean and tidy and up to date, the food and tribute were fantastic and... More

Stayed here recently at a work function. Went into bedroom to find that it hadn't been hoovered and there was a large toe nail cutting lying beside the bed! The bedside cabinet was also covered in dust. We then attended a function which was fantastic, food was excellent and staff were very attentive and very quick to serve us, there... More

Hotel was good, however, the waiting on staff and bar staff were somewhat miserable, and rather unhelpful. The evening meal was disgusting, tasteless, the melon to start, tasted of onions , the waiter shrugged his shoulders when we mentioned it. The fruit crumble, well! There was nothing crumbly about it, it w tinned peaches with a bit of floury stooge... More

Stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop, when booking stated breakfast was £13.75 per person but on arrival asked if we wanted breakfast at £10 per person said yes but wished we hadn't, was certainly of poor quality. In the evening ate at the restaurant, certainly overpriced and once again not of good quality. Went for a drink in... More

Very handy for motorway and ease of getting to surrounding area. Breakfast ok not worth the £14:95 though. We thought we'd been booked in on a bed and breakfast basis and the first morning enjoyed a very nice breakfast before going off exploring and would have overlooked the awful creaky lumpy uncomfortable bed. However on the second morning upon arrival... More

Stayed there for 1 night and I think that this hotel is just an "average" hotel. Good if you need to spend a night in the area and not for a long weekend or holiday trip. Room service was rather good and efficient. The restaurant is overpriced and food average. The room was average and a good 3 star standard... More

Rooms large and facilities very good with big flat screen TV, water, biscuits, trouser press, iron & board etc. Free Wi Fi was excellent and actually worked without any fuss. Bathroom a little dated but OK. Hot water to mine and my colleagues bathrooms was warm at best which spoiled my stay. Complained to the receptionist who insisted it was... More

Our Son got married here and had both reception and evening reception here as a wedding package which was excellent and good value. The food was hot and served on hot plates, on-time and very quickly by pleasant and helpful staff. The whole day just flowed and we would like to thank all the staff concerned. More

We stayed at Cedar Court Wakefield for 3 nights, a group of 35 active pensioners. The hotel was ideal for us. The great location meant we could easily travel to the tourist locations of Haworth and York. The hotel staff were keen to ensure we had a great time and we were well looked after from arrival to the moment... More
