Only stayed here one night prior to getting the ferry to France, but couldn't fault it. The owners very welcoming, rooms very clean and whole place nicely decorated. Nice touches such as homemade cake and fresh milk, plus treats for our dog. Well priced too. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The standard and quality were something you would expect from a 5 * establishment. We stayed in Blackbird which was luxurious and spacious and the attention to detail was unexpected. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for quality and hospitality at a reasonable price.

We stayed one night in March on a business trip. The room was magnificent - modern, superbly equipped and very comfortable. The house is very impressive - like something out of Grand Designs. The proprietors could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and we would be very keen to stay there again when we need accommodation in the area.

Beautiful light rooms with all mod cons. We were welcomed like old friends with coffee and cake. Excellent food had the full english and lovely fresh fruit. Plus they took their precious car out of the garage so we could put our bikes away.
