Our four night stay was our first time at Laurel Cottage but it certainly won't be our last. The home from home feel to the place, the very friendly owners and staff who do everything within their power to make your stay happy, a spacious, bright, clean bedroom, a pool, large beautiful garden, a lounge for guests' use; I can't... Stayed for just 2 nights but wished it was for longer. Excellent breakfasts, very well appointed room, everything you could need and nothing too much trouble. Stayed last year and hope to stay again soon. Both my children loved the pool, the garden and especially the dog. Thank you John and Jill for everything. More

Stayed 1 night only -Laurel Cottage is so enchanting. John, the owner is really lovely and helpful-goes beyond the call of duty. He does everything to make your stay worthwhile. All the staff are very friendly. Will certainly be back. And, Dulce the dog is so sweet-and I'm not a dog lover! More

Had a lovely stay at this hotel and it was clean and tidy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definately come back to this hotel, A breakfast was included the next morning and also we were given a lift by one of the members of the hotel to collect car from function night before. More

Just 5 minutes from Poole. Situated in a quite area, with views overlooking fields and vast garden. Rooms are first class, cleanliness is exceptional. Breakfast was cooked when requested, up until 10 in the morning, with a full choice of cereals, jams, yoghurts, fruit juice, tea and coffee, and full english breakfast with toast, you can sit and relax in... We booked Laurel Cottage for a last minute easter break and had a really lovely stay. Situated down a quiet country lane this pretty cottage is deceptively spacious inside. We stayed in the 'apartment' which was immaculately decorated and very clean. The owners provided a travel cot and bedding for our baby daughter. We were surprised to find a swimming... More

We have just returned from a very pleasant stay at Laurel Cottages. We intended to stay one night but ended up staying 2, and Jill was very flexible in accommodating us. Good breakfast: English fry-up with cereals and yoghurts on a breakfast bar on the side. The garden was lovely, very spacious and safe for our young children. The kids... More
