Firstly, parking at this hotel means parking in the local multistorey across a busy dual carriageway so getting to the hotel means walking under a poorly lit underpass at night times which is quite unpleasant, also the hotel itself is way out of reach from restaurants and entertainment. This hotel is builted just a year ago and is located just in the centre of the new town of Stevenage. Very convenient for going out and around and just 5 mins away from the train station. Stayed here on a one night business trip. Hotel hard to fault for rooms, cleanliness and service. Sadly yes, as the building was originally an office block, so we are limited on car parking on site but have an arrangement with the local car park to reduce the price for you upon departure....

What is wrong with this Hotel - the only thing I can come up with it is in Stevenage. Unless you have a reason to go to Stevenage (and there are not many) you will miss out on a true star of the Holiday Inn brand.
