Stayed for three nights reasonable property bit tired decor in some rooms but overall very clean.All staff very friendly and breakfast room spotless and breakfast excellent.Downside breakfast only served 08.00-08.30 so bit early if you like late night out and a lie in.In good location two minutes walk to promenade,would stay again.

A lovely, clean b&b in a great location! Friendly owners. Great breakfast. Would reccommend tiffanys if you're looking for somewhere nice to eat in the evening. Food was good and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again!
