Stayed here summer 2012 with my partner and 2 children. Cosy clean great location. Lovely owner to, left us to enjoy our holiday but was there if we needed her. Stayed in room 9 which has excellent views over Llandudno. The room itself was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Would certainly recommend it.
