12 months previous we had stayed in Llandudno at what turned out to be the "worlds best B&B" as voted by trip advisors reviewers. This B&B is better ! Spotless with a great Breakfast. Only possible downside is the location,which is a good walk around the glorious bay. Recommended without hesitation.

We have recently visited this excellent hotel,the owners couldn't have been more welcoming and made sure everybody was looked after in the dining room.The breakfasts were super with plenty of choice,rooms spotlessly clean can't wait to go back.

this guest house is excellant the rooms are well decorated with asmall ensuite bath tea and coffee making facillities.rooms keep very clean.the propriertors anne marie and howard really make you feel wellcome.excellant breakfast provided with lots of to choose from.

WE have been coming here now for over 5 years ,great hosts,great rooms,and of course great breakfast anne-marie and howard can recommend some great restaurants. also the little treats in room are nice .just booked again for next year.

Can't be faulted; excellent position, hosts who go out of their way to ensure that you have a good stay, well-lit, spotlessly clean rooms, brilliant (hearty!) breakfasts. We'll be back, hopefully sooner rather than later.
