From reception to check out, the staff are courteous, helpful and efficient. Do book in the newer section for big picture windows on the sea and spacious rooms. Breakfast choices excellent. We stayed at the hotel during Airbourne and found it to be reasonably good. The room was fairly large, but the bathroom was tiny and far too hot.
