this was such a relaxed stay in a perfect location. The sea is literally across the road and around the corner are a fantastic selection of eateries and cafes. Our room was just perfect and decorated in uplifting pastels with light pine furniture. We had tv&dvd and free internet access as well as tea&coffee&biscuits. Lovely touches such as soft dressing gowns and towelling slippers really made it easy to unwind and the complimentary shampoos and soaps were another treat in store for us! We would highly recommend this special find! More

We stayed here for two nights to attend a family wedding in Eastbourne and I don't think we could have chosen a better place to stay and certainly not in terms of value for money and convenience .

Our room was quiet, very comfortable and warm despite the weather outside, with an ensuite toilet and shower and bags of hot water. The owners were very welcoming and obliging and gave us very good recommendations for places to eat nearby. The English breakfast which was served promptly was very ample with a wide choice and they even offered me extra sausages to combat the weather! There were also tea making facilities and biscuits available in the room.

The location of the guest house very central, just a few yards from the Pier and seafront it is one of a row of very attractive Victorian houses. The famous Carpet Gardens were only a couple of minutes walk away and we will certainly return to view them and the other Eastbourne attractions in the summer, now that we... More
