Location is good, just off the main seafront but back by a half block, so gives some quiet.
Easy to walk to most central places in Eastbourne.

An excellent 2 night stay over New Year. The room was very spacious, clean and with great facilities & a comfy bed.
We enjoyed a freshly cooked to order English breakfast from locally sourced ingredients. A wide range of cereals, fruit and yogurts were also available.

Just to let you know, the hotel was more than adequate for a one night stopover. The room (201) was a bit on the small side. It was clean and tidy and had been modernised.
