This hotel is at the intersection of two street car lines so access to Oslo's excellent transport is good. It was converted from a religious order some years ago and is a bit dated. The Rica Holberg must be a decent hotel; the first view you have of it is positive. In a city that has largely mangled its streetscape, the Holberg has a nice, classical, flowered front.
