3 of us stayed here for three nights last summer. The hotel was very accomodating to our needs (3 beds) even on a discounted rate we had booked. Most hotels in Norway offer a discounted summer rate. Ask/look for this rate when you're looking at hotels.
This particular hotel is pretty economical considering the very expensive rates Oslo is known for. Breakfast is free, but we missed it everyday because we stayed up so late all nights before (hard not to do in Oslo), hehe.
The location of the hotel, in the Majorstuen area of Oslo (northwest of the true downtown) is good. Vigelands Park was about a ten minute walk from the hotel. The Majorstuen area (around Bogstadsvein) has lots of little shops and boutiques, great if you love browsing for souvenirs and what not. Walking to the downtown area (Karl Johan/Palace/Aker Brygge) was doable for us, but folks not into heavy walking might not appreciate the walk--it was a good 45 minutes or so.
