Having travelled quite a bit and stayed in my fair share of well appointed hotels and boutiques, I must say I was pleasantly surprised by Levante. Excellent service, especially the front desk staffsa and kudos for thinking a few steps ahead of me! E.g. Without me requesting, the duty manager offered to prepare coffee and a meal box for my... more

Location: Excellent! We walked to all the major cultural venues and attractions Price: Great value for money. This a beautiful hotel that is very chic! I loved the design and decor Rooms: Were very well appointed. Our room overlooked the central courtyard which had a gorgeous light feature. Excellent place for cocktails or a nice romantic dinner. Breakfast: Was included... more

We enjoyed a mid-week break at this lovely, clean and modern hotel, which is very well located for the Innere Stadt. We chose to walk pretty much everywhere but used the excellent metro a few times for longer trips so the hotel was ideally placed for touring. We would echo previous 'reservations' about the glass partition between the bathroom and... more

the service was very uneven. First, I would say that this is not a 5 star hotel. Maybe a 4. We just returned from a week long stay here. The location of the hotel was great. You could easily walk to the center of Vienna and there were both UBahn and tram stops right across the street. The lobby and... more

Have just returned from a long weekend stay in Levante Parliament. Hotel is very stylish and is full of unique artwork. We ate in the restaurant and bar a couple of times and both the choice and quality of food was good. Service was excellent throughout from reception, bar staff, porter etc. On the slight negative side the rooms were... more

The hotel was in a great location. The hotel design was lovely. However the bathrooms are separated from the bedroom by a blind so don't share a room with anyone you don't know too intimately as poor sound insulation to bathroom sounds and also not much privacy. We were really disappointed by the breakfast. The staff were very unattentative and... more

One minute walk to tram #2 for 70% of tourist Vienna. Amazing variety in the included breakfast, from yogurt to bacon and eggs to mimosas -- and the restaurant staff is wonderful. Every amenity of a posh business hotel in an intimate, modern establishment. (Note re complaints on the "visible bathroom): the bath is conventional, but for daylight, includes a... more

Check-in: On my arrival the receptionist immediately offered me refreshment (a glass of fresh orange juice or water) - welcoming after travelling on a hot summer's day. Check-in was smooth, efficient and also informative (the receptionist taking the time to provide a map and highlight the location of some of the key attractions). In General: The bar, restaurant and hallways... more

We decided to stay at the Levante Parliament because of its proximity to our son's apartment in Vienna. This was our second stay in Vienna, the first of which was at the Meridien (which we also liked very much but which had gotten more expensive since our first stay). From the moment we walked into the Levante Parliament and were... more
