Positives: everything other reviews say is true: good location, decent-sized rooms, clean, nice breakfast. One negative that led to the "terrible" rating: my girlfriend's wallet was cleaned out. Regretfully, we only discovered that on return to Prague (where we came from). The wallet contained an equivalent of 300 Euro in Russian rubles (who needs them in Vienna?) and Czech kronas.... more

A very nice hotel, only 10 minutes walking distance from the Opera. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is very friendy and helpfull. The breakfast is good. more

Excellent service and very friendly reception. Convenient location - close to everything, including U1 underground line. Great breakfast. Large and comfortable suite. Free and fast Internet in the lobby, but have to pay if want to use wireless in your room. more

For the most part we had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are very large and comfortable, perfect for a family. Our kids slept in one room and we in another. a great little place. booked it the day before, got it for only 62 euros with breakfast, for two, a fine little place with good food at breakfast and very near the town - a quick tram ride or a short walk and youre there. Very quiet place, considering the amount of people at breakfast - didnt hear a soul.... more
