"For organizational reasons we cannot accept cancellations of room reservations 14 days before arrival": they are serious about this! (never seen it anywhere else!!!) + they charge higher prices than the ones listed on the website + they're not so nice when money is involved = don't go there!!! more

I stayed at the Pension Mozart overnight in Nov. 2005. I specifically requested a room with two separate beds and ended up with two twin beds attached to the same headboard.
