The setup is quite elegant. Receptionists are nice and the doorman(?), Floben, was so helpful in giving us directions and where to take our metro rides. Beautiful interior, nice rooms with all the usual corporate hotel amenities. Great breakfast buffet with large variety. This hotel had the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. I was staying in this Renaissance Penta hotel. Not exactly in the heart of the city but not far from it either.
