The Hotel Graben is in a side street off the Graben, famed for it's chique shops. Just a minute walk from the underground and the Stephansdom cathedral in the heart of Vienna. It's definately not a 4 star hotel. Interior needs some renovation and the hotel have seen much better times. The worst thing was that wi-fi internet cost 12EUR per day. Yes, the decor might be a bit dated but the location is excellent, just off the very central Stephansplatz. The area is pedestrians-only, so it is very quiet at night. Decent (but not spectacular for Austrian standards) breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. More

The location is fantastic but it gets a bit noisy towards the morning as there are restaurants right outside the hotel and deliveries are being unloaded at around 5-6am. Friendly hotel staff. Extremely convenient. Clean room. Breakfast was satisfactory. Recommended. More
