Hotel were one gets a single room with single bet if booked accordingly (long time no see). The rooms are very old fashioned, although the bathroom was new with excellent equipment. The hotel is in a central but quiet location near Stephansplatz. more

Stayed at the Kaiserin Elisabeth hotel for a one day visit to Vienna. The hotel is in a great location - right next to the main shopping walking area and to St Stephan's Cathedral. We spent 5 nights in a fantastic room - nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were helpful and courteous all the time. I'm just waiting to go and stay there again. Everything was spectacularly clean and comfortable. Although very close to the city centre the position in a quiet side street was unsurpassable. more

October 31, 2008 Just returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel. Clean, friendly and well run. Included Breakfast in the morning was very good. The location was fabulous ... you could walk to every historic attraction very easily. We never had to use any type of transportation. Shopping and restaurants were very close by.
