The staff is very friendly, kind welcome. Perfect location, the main attractions can be reached by 10 minutes walking. We liked the breakfast very much, with its large choice in a nice atmosphere. The room is very nice and especially the bathroom. more

Stayed here with my Mum whilst rail travelling across Europe. Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Didn't really use their facilities but the beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. Ten minute walk to the Vienna State Opera. Treated ourselves to room service breakfast which was disappointing. more

Had a pleasant 5 night stay at hotel. Rooms were of average size and decorated nicely. A.C. worked fine, free internet and a wonderfull breakfast buffet. Staff had a smile and greeted you every morning. Good location. Far enough from everything to be quiet but close enough to walk to local restaurants and old town. more

A very well located 4 stars hotel, really in the center of Vienna. Kindness and services were always present. Great 2 nights spend in this hotel. The "superior" room is really a large one.
