I very like this hotel. It is located in the small house at the quite street of Neubau district. The hotel has a small and beautiful yard. I lived in a single room. The room was small but cosy. It was everything in the room. The wireless internet was ok. The hotel stuff was very helpful. They helped me to... More

We are an English/Australian couple and used to live in this district of Vienna. We love it for its somewhat Bohemian feel. Now we live outside Vienna and are often looking for a good and affordable Pensionsin which to stay when we visit. Until now we have always gone to different Pensions as there hasn't been one that has given... More

Conveniently located between two metro stations (Ziegler and Neubaugasse), this hotel is a great find. Walking distance from either station is approximately the same, it takes about 10min to walk from the metro station to the hotel. However, I think Neubaugasse is slightly nearer. From Neubaugasse station, you can get to the historic city centre or museum quarter in less... More

The hotel is not far from metro station, 3 minutes by walk. I was lost at the beginning but that’s because I didn’t prepare the map but only hotel’s address. In fact it’s not that difficult. The receptionists were friendly, spoke English well and were willing to help. Also you can put your luggage in a small room before check... More

Very convenient,so close to Mariahilfer shopping street. Hotel is a little old but well maintained. Would... More

Two words: false advertising. Room was horrible, dirty and nothing but horrible. There was oil from people's hair in the bed walls. More

Am Brillantengrund is a good value for money in a city that is quite expensive, Wien. The location is near Mariahilfer Strasse, a commercial street, but the hotel is quite hidden in a street of inside this area. The recepcionist, Andrea, is hepful and charming. Our room was at the little courtyard and was quite pretty, except for the bathroom,... More

This hotel location is good not far away from mariahilfer strasse that makes it ideal. The hotel room does not have a window outside so people can see you through . The receptionist guy was very nice and welcoming. Its an ok stay with the price and the location that you want but cannot tell you that is a 3... More

I had bigger expectations of a 3 star hotel near the center of Vienna. The good points: the room was clean and cleaning service was good and discrete. The bad points: the bathroom had no window or fan to ventilate. The reason must be the building is very old. There was a foul smell coming from the toilet seat. I... More
