I stayed in 'Leopoldsgasse 8 Urban Living' for 3 weeks throughout the month of October, 2011. I travelled solo, but was in Vienna to see family. The owner is a very nice person and the staff is very kind and helpful. I kindly asked the owner, after booking, to reserve one apartment in Innere Stadt, the center of Wien, and we got one on Hafnersteig Street, Schwedenplatz. This apartment is not on Werdertorgasse. Your actual location will vary depending on what they feel like assigning you - it may be in the 1st district (inner city) if you are very, very lucky. What a great choice! The apartment has an excellent location, it´s close to the U2 and U4 underground station. The building itself is an old Viennese house, in a way very interesting.
