I had a most excellent time staying at one of the apartments while on Mission for the UN. I had such an excellent view of the Danube every morning. I stayed in this apartment 1,5 weeks due to its good location (near U-Bahn 1) and value of money. The apartment was very nice, spacious and was an excellent choice for me instead of staying in a small, more expensive hotel room. It felt more like being home than in a temporary accommodation. As the name says, these are actually apartments ("wohnungen") in an extended private home rather than the usual hotel-room, so you're renting a full apartment rather than getting a hotel room.
