We stayed at the Kaiserhof hotel in Kitzbuhel in Feb 2008 & Feb 2009. We very rarely return to the same hotels but we made an exception in this cause. Service is genuine and excellent. A spectacular place to stay. We were at the hotel across the street but wanted to stay longer and they could not accomodate us, so they sent us to the Kaiserhof...lucky us!
