The hotel claimed to be 4 stars, however this institution is 3 stars tops. The hotel needs a serious refurbishment, cracked furniture, very used carpets, broken tiles, etc. You can just simply see that nobody touched this hotel for at least 20 years. If you can live with this and don't have high expectations room wise, you will be fine.... more

We only stayed for one night and thank god we did. The room we were given for the 3 of us was made up for a single person and was noisy. The bed was uncomfortable and the staff were unfriendly. The breakfast was average. Parking was free. more

average hotel only. reception staff not very helpful. breakfast was good although not much choice in the restaurant for an evening meal if you wanted to eat there. a bit way out from centre of innsbruck. more

We stayed at the Austotel with our middle-school group tour of Europe. The kids seemed to like the hotel, but to me it was below average. The staff was not friendly at all. The rooms were clean but just average. Overall, it would not be my first choice for where to stay if I were going to Innsbruck again. more

I was in this hotel with my friends last weeek and... SRPRISE!!!! We reserve 4* rooms here but is maybe 1*or 2* hotel! Very durty , old , rude neighbours and very expensive! Bad ideea for us ! Maybe not to late for you!!! more

This is maybe a two-star hotel.
