The staff was very accomodating and checked us in and held onto our bags for us even though the room was not prepared. They were kind enough to move the bags up to the room when it was ready.... We stayed again at the Kohlpeter in Salzburg and were happy that we did so. The restaurant was very good, the service friendly and the room was very clean. We had our two children with us (7 & 8 years old) and we had enough space in the room. The breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room was good and sufficient. More

We stayed for two nights Sept 20-21 '04 and loved it! The hotel is on a little street and just a short walk to the tram line. The room we had was very large and super clean. The staff was wonderful to us even though we arrived one day earily, They gave us a beautiful room for the same price... More
