Nice hotel with good location. Walking distance from city center, easiliy accessable by car, good parking facilities. We have spent almost a week there with the family, went for skiing near Salzburg and also discovered the city. This middle of the road hotel is great value for seeing Salzburg, and for an American in a car, has the advanatge of a secure garage (EUR11 per night). I think previous reviewers are not famiiar with the Mecure brand, as this hotel was very much a typical Mecure hotel ie comfortable, clean, formulaic hotel.
