The hotel is situated near the railway station and so inevitably has some bars, cafes and shops nearby. The adjacent streets are mostly uninteresting, but only a 10-15 minute walk is needed to get to the pretty riverside and old city area. It was the first time, I get off the train and after a few steps I saw my hotel. That was incredible. There are many supermarkets around. 20 minutes walk away from the city center. Hotel breakfast is on charge, however it worths. Free wireless at every step in the hotel.
