This hotel is next to the train station and very convenient for short stay. The city centre is only a few tram stops away. Rooms are simple but neat and clean. For 55Eur a night, it was considered a steal. Do note that the hotel does not provide kettle in the room.

We stayed for two nights at Ibis Graz hotel. The hotel was located about 15 minutes walking distance from the centre. As usually, Ibis makes you pay for every single extra, so we had to pay 25€ for 2-day parking. One strange thing, compared to other Ibis hotels is that the heating wasn't very good. We had it on max...

Cituated just opposite the train station and 5 minutes by tram to old city is a great choice to stay for 1-2 nights. Clean and friendly hotel, but breakfast could be better for this price.

This is a typical modern hotel (many European inner-city hotels are in older buildings so finding a hotel like this can be somewhat unusual), the rooms were clean and new, the wireless network worked perfectly (this can be pretty hit-and-miss in some places), and it's in a superb location for travel to/from Graz since it's directly across the road from...

A nice clean typical Ibis hotel. Everything worked, everybody was friendly everything was clean. in other words all that a hotel should be. Good that it is so close to the station and the trams 9though note that the station is a bit of a way out of the centre)

This is a classic Ibis: simple, affordable and a hotel where one does not want to stay for too long. We needed a hotel close to Graz train station for a 06:30 train the next day, and this hotel is 30 seconds walk away from the station entrance. This also means that it is a good 20 minutes walk from...

Dear r1d
We would like to thank you for your comments.
I am sorry that you found the smell of our room deodorants to be annoying.
Due to all the construction work going on around this end of town, the area does appear rather drab. We are all looking forward to the completion, which I have no doubt, will give...

The only drawback to this hotel was the location, about 20 minutes' walk or 5 minutes' bus ride from the old town. On the other hand, it is conveniently located next to the train station, so there's a post office and an excellent grocery store.
Aside from that, everything in this hotel worked perfectly. It was immaculately clean, the wi-fi...

Great location just across the car park from the railway station. Lots of building work going on at the station but it wasn't a problem for noise. Old town centre just a few tram stops away. (Buy a 24hour or 7 day pass for best value). Rooms were reasonable size (by Ibis standards). Small 24hr bar in the lobby. Helpful...
