This B&B is very convenient, clean, and has a good breakfast. It is located 2-3 minutes walk from the lift to salt mines, and 7 minutes walk along the lake from the oldest part of Hallstatt. Owners are very friendly and give you a free lift from and to the boat.

We stayed there one night when we arrived in Hallstatt. The location is great and room is clean. We wanted to thank the owner and his son, who provide a lot convenience and speak English very well. For what we paid, it was a great stay.

My wife and I stayed here in September of 2010. Grungier Anger is incredibly beautiful and clean. Hotel has its own parking and the people are exceptional. This will be the place we stay next time we go.
