Excellent location in the old part of Krems. Shopping street is quiet at night so rooms facing it are fine. We were there only for dinner. Food was quite poor, I asked a glass of Wine and I was given a bottle fully charged on the bill. Even the bread was to be paid extra. Terrible experience in terms of food, price paid and service. AVOID if you can. I did not visit the Hotel, no opinion there.

The hotel is in a great location in Krems; very centrally located. Room was clean and well decorated. Very nice. The restaurant was also very good; food was delicious and the atmosphere very vibrant. I would stay there again.

The hotel is ancient, but well maintained, in the old part of Krems, off the pedestrian mall. The inside is decorated like a museum. The included breakfast was good.
