Hotel de l'Isard is located very centrallyin the main shopping street of Andorra La Vella. There is a car park under the hotel (charges apply). Breakfast is included and wifi is free. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious even but the beds are a bit hard.

There was an initial mishap, where we were given a room that was already occupied. I tend to measure customer service based on management of mishaps, and the staff here were great - it was fixed up quickly, and unreservedly apologeticly. We stayed one night in this hotel. We loved the central location. Even though the street is busy, our room at the front was not noisy. Good bad, nice bath. Room was small but nicely decorated. Great breakfast, much to choose. Unfortunatly the coffee comes from a machine, which is the only con. Great value for the money!

This is a nice, smaller hotel that is very well located in Andorra. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The breakfast is well done. If you want to have access to walking the shopping streets in Andorra, this is your place. Plus good off street parking if you are driving. Very good value for the money.

Well this is nice hotel right in the middle of shopping strip it also has private parking. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, very good breakfast included, provides for good value. Hotel is situated on main street of Andorra la Vella, so everything is near on foot. Bus station is some 10 minutes by walking, there are lots of shops and restaurants around hotel.
