This was my third stay at this lovely resort, I have also booked a fourth ! It's like going to stay with family that you can choose, everyone couldn't be more helpful and friendly if they tried, no request is seen as a problem, whether it's a request for a map, or childrens dietry requirements etc. The food is excellent... more
The hotel is brand new. All of the staff are extremely welcoming and do their best to ensure we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay! They took a great deal of interest in our children and allowed them the opportunity to be more independent of us in a safe environment (They are both autistic). We were the second guests to arrive at this new resort... it truly is heaven. The accommodation is pure luxury, the staff cannot do enough for you and if they don't have want you want you can guarantee it will be there the next day.
