I stayed here for Xmas & New Year 2008, with Travel One, despite being told we had recently refurbished superior rooms in old building, I had no hot water for 5 days! What an experience. Stayed 7 days & for much of that time I had no hot water. The heating in the room was inadequate & even in the dining room I had to keep my coat on. Electricity was very dodgy, things went bang, wires were joined together with tape etc. Bathroom was mouldy & water came in the window... more

Go to this hotel by all means if you want to spend your holiday in a complete dump. Shabby, dilapidated and dirty.
