Experienced travellers visiting Luxembourg know the Hotel Bella Napoli and come back. Budget hotel - you get all the basics together with clean, modern bathrooms complete with toiletries and daily clean towels. No TV in room. Spartan - but spotless! Moreover, breakfast is an incentive to wake up. Brilliantly smelling coffee, baguette and brown toast with a myriad of options... more
