We booked a room with kitchen for 99€ but they charged for the kitchenette kit (18€ per day). Moreover, noone cleaned the room in 4 days. They only put two more towels. The brakfast was horrible, nothing was clean, ham and cheese were already dry and disgusting and noone was there to give any spoon clean. More

We did not book this hotel directly; we were put up here when the hotel we booked was full. I understand that this hotel is normally a hall of residence for the near-by university but offers accommodation to tourists in the summer. Our room was clean but basic. my and my friends went to iceland to visit a friend. We stayed at Blue Arctic hotel. Great hotel. Very good location and nice staff. If i go to Iceland again i will definitely stay at Blue Arctic Hotel! More

were extremely nice and friendly and the location is right in the vicinity of Iceland's capitol, Reykjavik. We hardly ever had to take the bus. The room was cozy and we had no trouble sleeping. Thumbs up!! More
