Very pleasant staff. We were upgraded to a junior suite without asking - very good. No major complaints. Niggles were: our room was not cleaned on 1st day (too busy!!), TV channels have intermittent interuptions (poor signal?) and supposedly hot breakfast food was always (too) luke warm. More
