The staff I dealt with on reception on the evening of the 4th Jan. were very helpful, had all paperwork ready when we arrived, and couldn't do enough to make sure we were accommodated properly. They also assisted with bus timetables to get into Helsinki city centre and even suggested using the courtesy bus as an alternative to expensive taxis... More

Stayed here twice this year while transitting through Vantaa, second stay down to laziness rather than desire. Staff are great, breakfast fine. Ugly small rooms, old furniture and equipment. The smallest bathrooms I have ever seen in my entire life. Thin walls, poor sound isolation. Located near the street, so quite a lot of noise because of cars with winter-spike tires (beginning of april). Stayed here to be close to the airport and it was like going back to the 60s! The rooms were dated and the bathroom tiny and stank. We had to wear flip flops in the shower to try and avoid getting any disease. The rooms were also stinking hot so we couldnt sleep. I wouldn't recommend staying here! More
