Every time I wisiting Helsinki for work I looking forward to stay at Rivola Jardin Hotel. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere, the location is exellent nearby good restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast has all you can ask for.
I travelling 160 days a year and stay in different hotels every week. Hotel Rivola Jardin...

I only stayed here for one night (last night), and to be honest thats ok by me. I dont want to be too harsh....but there is usually at least something that you could like about a hotel, not the case here for me. This feeling is furthermore exaggerated by the cost of the room, 110€ (supposedly heavily discounted on Booking.com)...

Dear Sir,
I am very sorry you have been so disappointed to our hotel.
This is very important for us to have our guests comments, that we can improve our service, breakfast and make our rooms more comfortable .
(There was a small electric kettle as well as mini-bar on the console under the TV.)
I hope this did not...

This hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the harbourfront and city center. The room was small but comfortable, almost like a cruise ship cabin. The bathroom was like a little efficiency module and it was fine except that the recessed floor in the shower was so shallow that if you turned on the shower fully it...

Stayed here for three nights while on business in Helsinki. The room was booked by a Finnish colleague who recommended it because it is near the government buildings we had our business in. Location is indeed excellent, a few steps from the main boulevard and close to the port and market. The room was average, simply OK for a good...

This hotel has a slightly out-of-the-way location in a residential neighborhood, well situated for the harbor and Design Museum, less so for other attractions. It is pricier than other options, and though it has some charm, it pinches: a charge for using the sauna, need to register an hour before use, grudging use of business center, somewhat skimpy breakfast buffet.

the location of the hotel is really good (including a supermarket down the block) and the staff were super-nice (and of course all spoke embarrassingly good english) - my single room was only a few feet away from another building with many windows, and there were no sheer curtains for privacy (only a fabric layer and a very thick blackout...

It is very well located, even that Helsinki is easy to go aroung, but Rivoli Jardin is positioned just right - close to the market square, harbour, main bulevard, 10 minuets to the Railway station.
Yes, it is a bit outdated, but not so bad and very clean.
We had a superior Double room and it was a good size,...

The entrance to the hotel is about 50 meters from the street via a court yard. (Another name for court yard is alley.) The foyer and the rooms are nothing special but adequate for a 2 star hotel. The breakfast was very good, well prepared, variety of selections and good service.
The worst thing about the place was how difficult...

The whole hotel is out of date. it feels like something out of the 70s. The rooms are like prison cells and a throw back to the Eastern Bloc pre the Iron curtain. The heating in the room was turned to full blast and I couldnt get the air conditioning to work. Possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I...
