The staff was great, the room was spacious and stylish to the last detail. The breakfast was lovely and of good quality. The cleaning ladies came twice in a day and left us water bottles for free. Even the price was reasonable. If only I could have turn the warming off, I would've slept better. more

Stayed for 2 nights and were not disappointed! It was situated in a great location for seeing all the main sights and for getting the ferry to the islands. We just came into Helsinki for an overnight to basically do some shopping, have a nice meal, and be on our way. We took the ferry in from Tallinn (Talink). It is the farthest terminal, usually a 40-minute walk into the center of town in the summer, but with all the snow, we weren't patient enough (and it was cold)... more
