I stayed here in July 2011 for 3 nights for a conference. Having been guided to this hotel by other favourable Tripadviser reviews I wasn't dissapointed. The hotel is fashionably fitted out and themed, the staff are courteous and helpful and the breakfasts were fantastic. Thoroughly recommended. More

Great hotel right in the centre of Gothenburg. Close to all the shopping and other amenities. Breakfast is what you would expect. Not overly big rooms but super comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom. All very stylish and funky. Wouldn't suit families ie more than one child, great for couples and business travel More

The hotel Avalon is in a great location on Kungstorget in central Gothenburg. My room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very well apointed.
