It's an American chain hotel, which means it has large rooms, decent service, and is clean and resonably quiet. It also means it lacks character and has nothing special to write home about. As a platinum guest staying on business, first impression is that this is overwhelmingly better choice than where I previously stayed in Stockholm (esp. relative to the Scandic chains). On the façade this hotel should be all that you are expecting from a 4 star hotel. However beneath the surface there are many fundamental problems, namely the lelve of service and the attitudes of the staff.
