The only disadvantage was check in time. We arrived in the morning and hoped to be accomodated at 2 pm but at the reception desk we were informed that our room would not be available to us until 3pm. The location of the hotel is actually excellent. more

This hotel is 25 years old, and need for sure a refurbishment. Rooms are OK, but is not really in line with what you can expect from a four star hotel. This hotel was the only bummer on a trip that included Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki and St. Petersburg. First room we were given was filthy with mildew in bathroom and broken shower control.
