The Nobis is actually perfectly located if you want to shop, go out, or walk around...is is in the heart of the center, and its position could not be better... good chic service, stylish staff. good menus (although sweden isnt a cheap city). if you are bothered by background noise ask for a quiet room as the rooms onto the atrium lounge can be a little noisy if you need an early night.
