...it's great! You're literally on the tracks. Unfortunately Stockholm is going through some kind of renovation (building a pendular train) so it also means neverending noise from fans outside and an exceptionally crappy view. Still, go for a room with a window. The hotel feels like you're on a ferry anyway, and I can only imagine how cramped it must... More

Stayed at Kungsbron Hotel for one night while on a business trip in May 2012. The hotel is conveniently located near the central train station, which is good if you're on a business trip, not so great if you're planning to visit the city. The central station area is not the most exciting part of Stockholm. The hotel has only... More

The best thing about this hostel is the proximity to the Stockholm Central Station. The metro station is very close and the train and buses to the various airports are five minutes walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is decent. I had opted for rooms with window which opened with the central station view. The staffs are cordial. The... More

Good thing: location. Bad things: the rooms are in the underground, the windows do not open, the reception girls were extremely rude. I asked their help to print my boarding card and one of them said directly "no". I travelled a lot but had never stayed in a so bad hotel and I was not treated so badly. In the... More

After a long journey from home, it was wonderful to find how close the hotel was to the bus drop off from Skavsta Airport. We were tired and it was cold and we couldnt have asked for anything closer. The two girls on reception were cheerful, friendly and helpful and very patient when we had to wait for confirmation from... More

Oh dear, where to start? Well, let's look at the positive side first. The place was clean, in a good central location and they had blisteringly fast free WiFi. That's about it. The rooms are located underground; a labyrinth of soulless corridors with huge numbers on the cell - sorry, room - doors. Most of the rooms don't have windows;... More

I recently went on a 5 day family trip to Stockholm and stayed at the Kungsbron Hotel, firstly It was easy to find (even in Sweden's snowy conditions) situated just across the way from the bus station where our transfer from the airport terminated. We were checked in by two very polite Swedish women who spoke perfect english which made... More

Had a windowless double room at Kungsbron for 3 nights in Feb. Rooms are underground, beneath a big office building, and akin to cabins on a ferry or cruise ship, with corridors both sides of the rooms and between them. Room was fine though, seemed recently decorated, very comfy and cosy to come into from the snow outside. Very comfy... More

This hotel is situated at a stone's throw from CentralStation (right across the street; hardly 2 minute walk). So getting buses/trains to airport or anywhere in city/Europe is VERY VERY convenient. The hotel is made in the basement of a huge building (looks like offices) and hence most of the rooms dont have windows, which can be a bit depressing... More

We stayed here as a group of 6 over the weekend and I felt I needed to come and write a review. 3 of our party had booked in here as the location was central and the price was very reasonable. 3 other members of our party had arranged to stay elsewhere, after this fell through we needed to book...
