The hotel is nice, modern and comfortable. Rooms are large and decor minimal and functional. Breakfast is very good. Front desk and concierge is very efficient and friendly. Location is great, can walk everywhere. A really good hotel.

I would like to thank the manager and specially Maja, for their attention at the hotel: we had a problem with our booked, and any hotel gave us a solution, and they very kindly gave us the perfect solution quickly. I am very pleased! When I come back to Copenhague, I am sure I will go there. Thanks again!

As other reviews have stated, the location is perfect. It is in a great area no where near the dodginess of Tivoli park surrounds, at night in particular. Great location but if you are looking for something more than an efficiently run large hotel keep looking. Rooms are clean. Staff helpful. Easy walk to many of the notable sites. Value OK. Breakfast buffet average
