this is a completely unmanned hotel, (also called a "computer hotel"). It is good value for money. The rooms are nice and clean. But only contact in case of a problems is by your own mobile phone to a remote location. For that reason it is not relevant to evaluate the service, as it is non-existing. We missed some luggage... Omena was clean, but small. Probably ok during week, but beware weekends. The noise from the neighborhood(bar/nite clubs/bands) made it impossible to sleep. Justin Beiber concert didn't help as teenagers ran up and down halls. Friday was too much. We moved out for Saturday. Additionally, never been to a hotel with no reception desk.
