I was in this hotel in May. The hotel is really nice and modern with a very good shuttle service to Tivoli Garden. You need a half an hour walk to the city centre. I was in the evening at the bar and after 30 min nobody served me. I tried several times to call the reception without any answer.... More

Tivoli hotel is around 10 minutes walk from central Copenhagen, by the river. Rooms are lovely and have huge windows giving views over the city. Bathroom was very clean, but no bath, just shower. The highlight is definitely the Sky Bar which has beautiful views and swings instead of chairs; definitely worthy a trip to the 9th floor. Staff were... More

I stayed at this hotel for 5 night for a conference. The congress centre is part of the hotel. Staff are friendly and professional. Swimming pool is great. I discovered the sky bar and Sushi restaurant last day. It was fantastic. Staff are friendly and professional, food was great, really fresh! Breakfast is good but nothing outstanding. Sometimes it can... More

This hotel is very Danish, which is a good thing. The only significant downside is the size of the rooms. We paid for a superior, then got an upgrade, and it was still tiny (Europeans may be used to this.) But the positives far outweigh: the design is great, clean lines and lots of attention to detail from bathrooms to... More

I stayed there on business travel. Nice place! Its a newer hotel tucked away from the character of the central city yet a 10 minute walk from everything. It is amenity packed with a stylish indoor pool, kids play area, adequate and modern fitness center, good breakfast, and adequate rooms. They have bicycles for rent and free internet. The hotel... I stayed here as i was on a works conference for 3 days and felt the hotel considering its reputation was a little disappointing. I didnt really fid the stnadards here to be 4 star as they are rated. I got moved around rooms 3 times due to different faults in each of the rooms.. OK but dont expect greatness More

This is a really family friendly hotel in a classy Scandanavian way. We upgraded to the interconnecting rooms on arrival (otherwise the 'family room' would have been a squeeze for 4 nights). After upgrading, we were really happy with the space and we could look out over the view with the glass of wine after the kids had gone to... More

This hotel was comfortable and in a good location. A 10 to 15 minute walk from the Tivoli Gardens. We had a double room which was quite spacious and very clean. Good shower. Breakfast was excellent with a very varied selection of foods. We tried some Sushi from the top floor restaurant. The views from here are amazing. Food was... More

Rather cold looking and lacking the comfort feeling. Smalll bedrooms but clean. Staff in general were helpful. Restaurant was chaotic at breakfast and rather like a motowat service station, but the quality of the food was good. The roof top bar was good but it is run by another company. The bar by the restaurant was continued in the Motorway... More

Dear Traveller, Thank you for taking you time to write a review of your experience at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center. I am happy to know that you found the staff helpful, but I am rather disappointed to hear about your experience in our breakfast restaurant and in the bar which are normally getting very positive reviews. I am sorry... More
