We were three adults staying for two nights. The hotel is in a 70 style. It is located about 10 minutes drive from the freeway and
The price was resonable. There is a shopping center located just beside the hotel. Break buffet was fine with two kinds of egg, bacon, sausages, breadrolls, bread, cereals, juice, coffee etc. Allthough, the hotel...

I stayed with my sister for a night in june and I was glad we haven't paid a penny for this hotel, as it was a present.
The hotel is worn down and old fashion. The only positive thing was a really nice staff and an OK breakfast.
I would only recommend this hotel if you just need a place...

We stayed for two nights during a trip through Danmark. Although knowing that the hotel standards in Denmark are lower than in the rest of Scandinavia, we found that this hotel was much too expensive for the room standard provided. It must be quite some time that the rooms were painted. Still feeling that there is the patina of old...

If stay at the Mercur Hotel for one night last week, in a single bed room. The size of the room was about average, but it did not care much for the interior of the room. The bathroom was a 'stylish' light green, most of the closets where worn down and very hard to open. The TV was placed behing...

I didn't expect much from this hotel, as it was very quite inexpensive. However, I thought that the reason was the location. (it's located far away from the city centre and there is nothing of interest nearby).
The hotel room was dark, shabby and dirty. It was old dirt, so there might have been someone cleaning the room superficially, but...

Stayed there for one night in september 08. Room was shabby, bathroom awful and the traffic noise almost unbearable.
I sleep with ear plugs, and yet I woke up several times during the night because of the traffic outside. At one point I thought a bus had actually entered the room.
Breakfast was not impressive either, after scandinavian standards.

Spent a night at Hotel Mercur in Aarhus. According to the reviews, it seemed to offer good value for money. It doesn't.
My double-PLUS room priced at DKK 1050 felt overpriced. The reason? On the outside, the hotel has a distinct uncharming look of brutal 70's architecture. This is very true for its rooms as well. Everything about the hotel...

I booked Hotel Mercur using my Frommers guide. I was looking for an inexpensive hotel in Arhus and found it at this hotel. Rooms were very large as far as Europe standards. Free parking, easy check in, easy to find. We paid $133 usd which included breakfast. Unfortunately we had jet lag too bad and slept right through it. Before...

The best choice for "good value" hotel in Aarhus. Less that half the price from chain hotels in city centre.
Book Standard Plus room for just 150 DKK extra - and you will get the bigget hotel room in town! Friendly staff and excellent parking facilities (free when you stay at hotel). Hotel right next to shopping centre and just...
