The views of the impressive rock formations and the monasteries were awesome. The staff was very attentive. The services and facilities were very appropriate to their category. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel has very good location. It is located in a small and beautiful town with good craft shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and pastry. The... Nov 4 2011. Great location in middle of town below Meteora nunneries and . $50 per night for 2 including a good continental buffet. Family staff spend time with me planning visit and travel. Lots of valuable info. 5 other hotels within 100 meters on main street. Direct view of monoliths and structures atop them. Several restaurants within short walk. More

The helpfulness of the staff is what makes the hotel stand out. They gave us a room with a great view and helped us with planning out monastery trips. The rooms, you get what you pay for, clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. Excellent place for an overnight stay over. The breakfast is adequate and could definitely use some freshening up.... More

I stayed one night with friends in this hotel and we were delighted with this clean, comfy, nice 3 star hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful( specially with explanation and tips about Meteora monasteries, such as working hours, accessibility , etc ). Breakfast is OK. Definitely for recommendation. We stayed here recently and I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff were. The concierge spoke excellent English and immediately gave us advice and suggestions for how best to see Meteora and spend our time. The hotel is a great value - we paid about the same amount of money for every hotel we stayed in during... More

I've stayed in a well-lit double room (which seem renovated recently) for a night. the hotel placed in the center of kalambaka & very close to the restaurants & bars of the town. there are even souvenir shops next to the hotel (good to make friends happy). you can also arrange excoursion to the meteora from the hotel to the... Last week I visited the famous "Meteoras" monasteries in Greece. I had booked the Kosta Famissi Hotel in Kalampaka, a town just below the monasteries, by web. As soon as I arrived at the hotel after a quite long trip by car from Pelion seasides, I was surprised by the look of the hotel as was expected just an average... More

The location is perfect: easy to find and in a quiet but very central area. We felt at home since the first minute. Hotel owners were sooo friendly, like good friends. In the mornings we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast buffet with all someone can wish. All in all we would definitely come back here!!!! Thank you for being so helpful! More

A very good hotel. Hotel owner, Kosta, is always present. Services are very good. Although no private parking, free parking nearby. Breakfast is substantial. The report price is very good quality. More

I stayed for two nights in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and agreed to change the booking I had made on booking.com without charging any extra. They also offered to anticipate buffet breakfast time, because we had to leave early in the morning and we had a nice and comfortable room with view on the rocks and monasteries... More
